How quickly will someone get back to me?

We reply to every enquiry within one business day. Messages sent over the weekend are picked up on the next working day. If something is urgent — a till down mid-service, for example — WhatsApp or call rather than using the form.

Can I see TillX before I commit to anything?

Yes. You can create an account and look around the product yourself without talking to anyone. If you'd rather be walked through it, ask for a demo in the form and we'll arrange a session around your shop's quiet hours.

I already use another POS. Can you help me move?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Tell us what you're on now and roughly how many products you carry. Product catalogues can generally be brought over in bulk rather than retyped, and we'll be straight with you about what does and doesn't transfer cleanly.

What should I include to get a useful answer first time?

The type of business, roughly how many products you carry, how many branches and staff you have, and the one thing that frustrates you most about your current setup. That's usually enough for us to tell you whether TillX fits and which plan makes sense.

Do you charge for setup or onboarding help?

Getting started is designed to be self-serve, and most shops are selling the same day without help. If you want a hand importing products or configuring branches and roles, ask — we'll tell you upfront what's included on your plan.

I'm an existing customer with a problem. Is this the right place?

Accepted Answer

It works, but the fastest route is WhatsApp or phone during working hours, with your shop name to hand. If you use the form, choose the support topic and include your shop name so it reaches the right person immediately.
